A new way to recruit for McDonald’s Netherlands
McDonald's recruitment campaign 'Crew zoekt Crew', created by TBWA, triggered Dutch restaurant franchisers to have a new approach towards recruiting. Insights showed that restaurant managers needed more training and guidance through the whole process of recruiting teams. Our solution? A B2B content-based platform that empowers McDonald's franchisers to recruit the best people. Recruitment tips such as “how to recruit through social media”, video content or interview questions made sure franchisers would have the right tools at hand. To make this come to life, our team built a custom CMS and front-end platform with, naturally, a mobile first approach.
Impact:
Franchisers across the country engaged on the platform by downloading content, using leaflets and sharing the Crew zoekt Crew campaign via their individual social media channels.

The number of job applications increased nationwide.
