Personal in-store service
The retail experience is a cornerstone of the Rituals’ brand. Our mission was to elevate it through digital, make it even more personalised for the consumer, while collecting data and growing brand loyalty. The special in-store app we created makes it easy for store staff to register visitors on the spot on an iPad, to grow members of the Rituals loyalty program.

For the pilot in Belgium, we trained staff on how to recruit new loyalty program members by communicating the advantages of the program. This quick process and registration campaign delivered on its promises and generated 500K additional new loyalty members.
Impact:
The special in-store app and registration campaign generated an additional half a million new loyalty program members.
The app is constantly evolving to meet the business objectives of the brand, and will have added gamification features in the coming months.
